My dog is thirteen and slowing down. Is that just age?
Slowing down is age. Struggling to rise, stiffness that eases after ten minutes, or reluctance on stairs is usually arthritis, and arthritis is treatable. A great many old dogs in Lavington are in more discomfort than their owners realise.
